A foot note is when you explain something in the text. The bible has alot of them. They are called footnotes because they are at the bottom of the page. You would write the sentence at the word that you would like to explain you put a superscript number or letter then at the bottom of the page you put the number or letter following a explanation.Can someone please show me an example of a footnote.?
When using word or works just click on insert tab then auto text then header/footer....it will do one for you so you can see how to add them into your paper..
