You don't need to cite it twice on your citation page. You should use a parenthetical citation in your text each time you use something from the same article in your paper.





I just reread your question and realized you were asking about footnotes. You should footnote on each page if using material on two different pages in your paper. If the quotes were on the same page, you could use the same footnote number.
