Help please! If there is no author name for a web source, how do I write Chicago-Style (Turabian) footnote?

It says in my guide that you write all the publication info for the first note, but then when it is the same source you just write something like 2. Hillard, 95. (Meaning from the book by Hillard, page 95.) But if there is no author, and the website is written by a company or government agency, how do I write the footnote?Help please! If there is no author name for a web source, how do I write Chicago-Style (Turabian) footnote?
You would cite the company or govt agency as the author, and proceed accordingly.
