It is to the left, isn't it? I'm not sure what you mean. Are you asking how to reset the footnotes' left margin?
If you want to move the separator on the page, just highlight the separator, go up to your Word toolbar, and click one of the symbols that indicate left-justified, centered, right-justified, and that other thing.
