I am not sure what software you are using to do your project. But if you have Microsoft Office 2007 with Word installed, it should offer you ';Citations and Bibliography'; options under the ';References'; ribbon or tab.





You could also use other complicated software that are available. As such there are hundreds of formats for putting together a bibliography, eg. APA the 5th, MLS, etc. etc.
