Can you help me understand the following legal footnote?

[34 C.F.R. 搂搂 674.51(s), 682.200]

I don't know how to read legal footnotes. Can you help me decipher it. What do the abbreviations and squiggle lines mean? Is that a federal or state law?

*I know the law it's referencing and do NOT want that*Can you help me understand the following legal footnote?
C.F.R. is the Code of Federal Regulations.

The ';squiggles'; stand for Section or Subsection.

Your citation is for parts of Section 674 and Section 682 of Regulation 34.
