How can I write this in footnote form?

The title is The Pioneers by James Fenimore Cooper, published by the Wonderful Books Company in New York, New York, in 1974.

Please help. Im alittle confused. How can I write this in footnote form?
There are several different conventions and you have to choose one. Key is that in footnotes first name of author comes first, in bibliography last name. You should have both.

For footnotes you usually use page numbers too.

Title of book is often either underlined or in cursive.

Basic form for footnote:

James Fenimor Cooper. The Pioneers. New York, NY: Wonderful Books Company, 1974 pg. xx.

And in Bibliography.

Cooper, James Fenimor. The Pioneers. New York, NY: Wonderful Books Company, 1974.
