On the View menu, click Header and Footer.
Publisher will switch to a master page where header and footer text boxes will appear, along with the Header and Footer toolbar (toolbar: A bar with buttons and options that you use to carry out commands. To display a toolbar, press ALT and then SHIFT+F10.).
Select the options you want from the toolbar, type the header or footer text you want, and then apply the font and paragraph settings you want to the header and footer text.
On the Header and Footer toolbar, click Close.
