How do you footnote a footnote?

Is it possible? If not, how do you cite bibliographic information for an explanatory footnote? How do you footnote a footnote?
okay. to cite bibliographical information in an explanatory footnote, use parenthetical documentation. See the example:

The quick brown fox jumped over the lazy dog. (Author, Ima. Book X. Publisher. City, Year, pages). The cow jumped over the moon. (Author, page number).

Hope this helps.
